BOUGHTON ALUPH WAR MEMORIAL

The memorial at Boughton Aluph is one of those that typifies the Kentish countryside. It's is on the village green next to the main road. The village is fairly fragmented spread over a large area. The number of men on the memorial is high considering the population. Like many of these villages there are men listed on here that are on Kennington and Wye as the boundries were very close and the associations merged.
